Non-Trauma Training

Course Description

This Course includes 64 hours of seated instruction covering in-depth cardiology, medical emergencies, and various age groups including pediatrics. Seated component is followed by 36 hours of field clinical experience in EMS. This meets all the requirements of AHA ACLS and PALS certification and is CAPCE accredited for 64 Continuing Education Units.

Prerequisites

  • Current NREMT-B or NREMT-P, or state equivalent certification
  • Proof of Flu vaccination and negative TB test within one year, Hepatitis B and TDAP no older than 10 years. Varicella and MMR.

Cost

Cost per student is $2,495 with a minimum class size of 6 students
